ANZ Plus Privacy Collection Notice

When you register, your information will be collected and stored in Australia for the purpose of this event using cloud based technology by FCM Travel in accordance with FCM Travel’s Privacy Policy. ANZ will also be able to access information relating to event invitations and your response to such invitations and will store them in the same manner in accordance with the ANZ Privacy Policy. ANZ has an agreement with FCM Travel with provisions to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws. Although ANZ strives to protect such information:

• ANZ disclaims liability for any loss, damage and any other consequence resulting directly or indirectly from or relating to your access to the third party website; and
• ANZ is not responsible or liable for the goods and services offered by the owner or the operator of the third party website or for anything in connection with such third party website.

By agreeing to this Privacy Collection Notice, you consent to FCM Travel collecting and ANZ being able to access and store your sensitive information, including health information (i.e. conditions affecting accessibility requirements).
